 * Experience with routers, Catalyst/Nexus switches, and firewalls
 * Knowledge of SD-WAN and next-gen firewall solutions
 * Design and explain network architectures and solutions
 * Strong problem-solving and innovative thinking skills
 * Excellent documentation and presentation abilities
 * Strong communication and client-facing experience
 * Relevant certifications (CCNA, CCNP, CCDP or equivalent)
 * Maintain and update technical certifications
 * Troubleshoot and resolve network issues

 * Design and implement scalable, reliable network solutions
 * Troubleshoot and resolve client network issues
 * Create proposals including BOMs, estimates, and SOWs
 * Deliver post-implementation documentation
 * Build and maintain strong client relationships
 * Support and implement post-sales networking projects
 * Install and configure network hardware (routers, switches, etc.)
 * Perform system upgrades on client equipment
 * Align solutions with industry trends and client goals
 * Assess, audit, and document client environments
 * Provide technical guidance and expertise to clients
 * Maintain and grow relevant technical certifications
