## About the Role

* 8 10 years of overall IT experience with 4 6+ years of Oracle Retail experience.
 * Strong hands-on experience with Oracle MFCS/RMS.
 * Strong knowledge of foundation data, item induction, purchasing, costing, and inventory processes.
 * Experience integrating Oracle Retail with ERP, POS, WMS, e-commerce, and Finance systems.
 * Strong PL/SQL, API design, and performance engineering skills.
 * Experience with architecture design and technical governance.
 * Strong communication, presentation, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
 * Experience leading large-scale Oracle Retail implementations, maintenance, support, or extension projects.
 * Prior experience as an onsite technical lead in a large-scale engagement.

## Description

* Design end-to-end architecture for Oracle MFCS/RMS and Oracle Retail modules such as RDS, SACS, ORPCS, and ORIMCS.
 * Lead integrations using enterprise middleware platforms.
 * Develop MFCS extensions, custom validations, and optimized PL/SQL solutions.
 * Define data migration, conversion, and reconciliation strategies.
 * Design secure, scalable, and high-performing cloud solutions.
 * Create architecture blueprints and translate business requirements into technical solutions.
 * Collaborate with business SMEs, functional teams, and engineering teams.
 * Provide technical reviews, leadership, mentoring, and guidance to onsite/offshore teams.
 * Identify technical risks and issues proactively and drive them to closure.
 * Manage client and stakeholder communications and presentations.
