This individual will lead strategy, prioritization, and delivery of Salesforce Initiatives. The right candidate will be able to confidently lead stakeholder engagement, establish priorities, build and execute against a roadmap, and lead teams toward outcomes that create meaningful, successful business results across Salesforce CRM, service cloud, and case management.
