The ideal candidate has experience supporting patient movement from arrival through disposition, understands how ADT events impact downstream clinical and billing workflows, and can effectively partner with emergency physicians, nurses, registration staff, and operational leadership. Candidates with ASAP build experience, ED optimization projects, patient throughput initiatives, or emergency medicine operational backgrounds will stand out.
