This role is responsible for leading the design, development, deployment, and support of Microsoft Copilot Studio solutions within a secure, regulated environment. The individual builds and integrates AI agents with Microsoft 365, Power Platform, SharePoint, Dataverse, and enterprise systems to support knowledge discovery, workflow automation, and decision-making while ensuring compliance with governance, security, accessibility, privacy, and records retention requirements. They establish architecture standards, ALM processes, and deployment pipelines; monitor performance and troubleshoot issues; maintain audit-ready documentation; and serve as a subject matter expert on Copilot Studio capabilities. Additionally, they partner with business stakeholders, security, legal, and compliance teams to identify high-value AI use cases, guide adoption, provide technical leadership, and ensure solutions align with enterprise AI governance and state IT policies. The position serves as a senior technical authority, partnering with business units, information security, compliance, and platform governance teams to ensure Copilot solutions are production ready, supportable, and aligned with public sector policies.
