Technical Skills ## Description * Business Analysis & Process Improvement * Partner with business stakeholders to identify process improvement opportunities and develop technology-enabled solutions. * Gather, analyze, document, and validate business requirements. * Translate business needs into detailed functional and technical requirement specifications. * Lead process redesign, workflow optimization, and automation initiatives. * Develop implementation plans, testing strategies, deployment plans, and user training materials. * Drive continuous improvement initiatives utilizing Lean, automation, and AI technologies.
