The ideal candidate combines strong frontend expertise in React, Next.js, and TypeScript with backend development in Node.js and Python, alongside hands-on experience integrating LLM APIs, real-time streaming interfaces, RAG pipelines, AI agent workflows, and scalable multi-tenant architectures.
