Strong understanding of LAN/WAN, routing, switching, network segmentation, VPNs, and cloud networking/security.
Proven ability to diagnose and resolve complex network and cybersecurity issues.

STAFFXPERT LLC is seeking a Network Engineer - Advanced on behalf of our client in Tallahassee, FL.
We are looking for a seasoned Network Engineer with extensive experience in network security, enterprise infrastructure, and cybersecurity environments. The ideal candidate will bring strong hands-on expertise with Palo Alto and Check Point firewalls, GlobalProtect VPN, NGFW deployments, and NIST-based security standards, along with the ability to design, secure, monitor, and troubleshoot complex enterprise networks., Administer and support enterprise network and security infrastructure.
Configure, manage, and troubleshoot Palo Alto and Check Point firewalls.
Support and maintain GlobalProtect VPN environments.
Perform firewall rule migrations, security policy management, and NGFW deployments.
Design and implement secure network architectures, segmentation strategies, and security controls.
Monitor and troubleshoot complex network and cybersecurity incidents.
Support LAN/WAN, routing, switching, VPNs, and cloud networking/security.
Conduct or support risk assessments, vulnerability management, and security compliance activities.
Maintain accurate technical documentation, including network diagrams, configurations, and security controls.
