This role offers the opportunity to work with multi-disciplinary teams of engineers, data scientists, and AI scientists and contribute to innovative technology development and experimentation. Responsibilities * Collaborate with senior software engineers to develop and deploy cloud-native applications and microservices on the Amazon Web Services (AWS) cloud platform. * Maintain well documented, formatted, and version controlled code and participate in code review. * Develop custom APIs and microservices, including containerization, where appropriate. * Create code to process data stored in both relational and NoSQL databases. * Facilitate seamless code promotion from development to production by resolving technical issues identified by testing. * Contribute to implementing and maintaining Infrastructure as Code and Continuous Integration and Continuous Development (CI/CD) pipelines. * Contribute to secure code development by following DevSecOps best practices. * Support cross-functional teams by delivering high-quality software products that meet changing research needs and client requirements.
