## About the Role

* Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience.
 * 3 to 5+ years of experience in systems administration, systems engineering, infrastructure engineering, or a similar enterprise IT role.
 * Strong experience administering Microsoft Windows Server environments.
 * Experience supporting Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP, and related Microsoft infrastructure technologies.
 * Experience with Microsoft Azure and cloud-based infrastructure.
 * Experience supporting Microsoft 365 environments.
 * Working knowledge of Microsoft Entra ID and hybrid identity environments.
 * Experience supporting enterprise virtualization technologies.
 * Understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, routing, firewalls, storage, and general enterprise networking concepts.
 * Experience with enterprise backup and recovery technologies.
 * Experience using PowerShell for systems administration or automation.
 * Experience with enterprise infrastructure monitoring and management tools.
 * Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
 * Ability to troubleshoot problems across multiple systems and technology platforms.
 * Strong written and verbal communication skills.
 * Strong documentation and organizational skills.
 * Ability to manage multiple assignments and technical priorities.

Relevant Microsoft, Azure, virtualization, cloud, infrastructure, or security certifications are a plus.
