## Description

Avalon Administrative Services LLC seeks a Testing Lead to oversee test planning and execution for healthcare data and medical record systems. The role designs test strategies, coordinates test teams, and ensures quality for retrieval and chart review applications. Responsibilities include creating and maintaining test cases, managing defects, supporting user acceptance testing, and collaborating with developers, analysts, and operations. The Testing Lead upholds accuracy, compliance, and data integrity, mentors testers, and drives continuous improvement to support risk adjustment, quality initiatives, and patient-focused healthcare outcomes., * Lead planning, design, and execution of testing for healthcare data and medical record systems

 * Develop and maintain test plans, test cases, and test data for new and existing solutions
 * Coordinate and mentor testers, assigning tasks and reviewing test results
 * Manage defect reporting, triage, and retesting in collaboration with development teams
 * Support and coordinate user acceptance testing with internal and client stakeholders
 * Ensure testing meets compliance, data integrity, and quality standards for risk adjustment and quality initiatives
 * Implement and refine regression, integration, and end-to-end testing processes
 * Collaborate with analysts and operations to understand requirements and translate them into test scenarios
 * Identify and drive continuous improvement in testing tools, processes, and metrics
 * Document test results and provide clear quality-related reporting to leadership
