## Description

* Administer and support Jira, Confluence, and Jira Service Management platforms
 * Design and maintain workflows, schemes, permissions, and configurations
 * Implement and maintain automation to reduce manual effort
 * Support incident, request, agile, and portfolio use cases
 * Build and maintain dashboards and reports for operational and management needs
 * Manage integrations with external tools (e.g., CI/CD, ITSM, reporting tools)
 * Ensure platform governance, documentation, and best practices
 * Provide L2/L3 support and collaborate with vendors and internal teams
 * Support Tech Operating Model, enabling transitions, migrations and supporting audit activities.
