## About the Role

candidate should be comfortable lifting and transporting equipment up to 30 pounds as needed. This is a 24-month contract and will be onsite in Irvine, CA 5 days a week., 3+ years of corporate Help Desk, Desktop Support, or End User Support experience Strong troubleshooting experience supporting Windows environments and Microsoft Office applications Experience with Microsoft Intune and Entra ID (Azure AD) Familiarity with Apple Business Manager and supporting Apple devices Experience administering user accounts, password resets, access requests, and device support Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a strong customer-service mindset Experience supporting hardware deployments, device imaging, and Windows 10 to Windows 11 migrations Ability to lift and carry equipment weighing up to 30 pounds Experience working in environments supporting 250+ end users

## Description

One of Insight Global's customers is looking to onboard a Tier 1 Help Desk Technician to their team in Irvine, CA. This individual will serve as the first point of contact for IT support requests and will be responsible for providing technical assistance to employees through phone, email, ticketing systems, and walk-up support. On a daily basis, they will troubleshoot hardware, software, Microsoft Office, and Windows-related issues, assist with device deployments and Windows 10 to Windows 11 upgrades, support user account administration in Entra ID, and help manage mobile devices through Intune and Apple Business Manager. The technician will also maintain IT equipment inventory, support conference room technology, document incidents in the ticketing system, and ensure end users receive timely and professional support. This role requires strong communication skills, a customer-service mindset, and the ability to handle multiple support requests in a fast-paced corporate environment. The
