This resource will provide frontline support for patients and end users utilizing Epic & MyChart, assist with account access issues, and troubleshoot application-related concerns. The ideal candidate possesses strong customer service skills, healthcare IT support experience, and the ability to work in a fast-paced support environment. Epic MyChart experience is highly preferred; however, strong healthcare service desk professionals with the ability to quickly learn MyChart will be considered., Use of Artificial Intelligence (AI): We may use Artificial Intelligence (AI) to support parts of our hiring process, including sourcing, screening, and evaluating candidates.
