## About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Java Tech Lead to lead the design, development, and delivery of scalable enterprise applications. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on Java development experience, solid knowledge of microservices and Spring Boot, and the ability to provide technical leadership to development teams., * Strong hands-on experience with Java 8/11/17+.

 * Excellent knowledge of Spring Boot and Spring Framework.
 * Strong experience with Microservices Architecture.
 * Experience developing REST APIs.
 * Strong knowledge of SQL and relational databases.
 * Experience with Git and CI/CD practices.
 * Strong understanding of design patterns, OOP, and software architecture.
 * Proven experience leading or mentoring development teams.

Preferred Skills

 * Experience with AWS/Azure/GCP.
 * Knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes.
 * Experience with Kafka or other messaging platforms.
 * Familiarity with DevOps and cloud-native application development.
 * Experience working in Agile environments.

## Description

* Lead the design and development of enterprise applications using Java and Spring Boot.
 * Provide technical guidance and mentorship to development teams.
 * Design scalable and high-performance microservices-based architectures.
 * Review code and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
 * Collaborate with architects, business analysts, QA teams, and other stakeholders.
 * Develop and integrate RESTful APIs and backend services.
 * Troubleshoot complex technical and production issues.
 * Participate in architecture and technical design discussions.
 * Drive performance optimization, security, and application scalability.
 * Support Agile/Scrum ceremonies and provide technical estimates.
