The Principal Program Manager will establish the operating structure required to move programs forward, proactively address risks and dependencies, and ensure that new capabilities become embedded within the client's organization. \n This is not a traditional project coordination or status-reporting position. The Principal Program Manager must be capable of leading large-scale enterprise software implementations, driving accountability across teams, navigating complex technical and organizational environments, and communicating effectively with senior executives.
