This role focuses on translating customer, user, partner, and internal stakeholder needs into scalable platform requirements across areas such as reliability, usage analytics, access experiences, agentic capabilities, adoption, and long-term extensibility. The Product Manager will own product discovery, definition, prioritization, and post-launch outcomes, working closely with technical product management and engineering partners who lead architecture and delivery. This is a high-impact role for a product leader who wants to help turn IDC's research expertise and market insight into trusted platform capabilities that customers, partners, and internal teams can use with confidence.
