Education & Experience - Preferred: * Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, Physics, Actuarial Science, or related field. * Experience working with large, complex data sets in a healthcare or clinical environment. Knowledge, Skills & Abilities: * Advanced skill in SQL, including writing, optimizing, and troubleshooting complex queries. * Advanced skill developing reports, dashboards, and visualizations using BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, Microsoft Fabric, or similar. * Advanced knowledge of relational and dimensional data modeling, data governance, and data lifecycle management. * Advanced knowledge of database design, problem analysis and relational database concepts. * Advanced skill presenting findings, conclusions, alternatives and information clearly and concisely at all levels within the organization. * Proven ability to analyze, interpret, and present complex data in a clear and actionable manner to non-technical stakeholders. * Advanced proficiency creatively translating analytical findings into actionable insights. * Advanced skill developing and maintaining collaborative working relationships with all levels of leadership, staff and vendors. * Proven ability to perform root cause analysis and implement effective solutions. * Ability to effectively manage multiple tasks and competing priorities in a fast-paced environment. * Exhibit high self-motivation and have the ability to work and plan independently as well as in a team environment. * Ability to analyze, compare, contrast, and validate work with keen attention to detail. * Advanced analytical, critical thinking, quantitative, planning, organizational, and problem-solving skills. * Advanced skill in the use of Microsoft Office Suite (e.g., Excel, Word, PowerPoint). * Advanced verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills. ## Description Collaborate with both internal and external customers to gather and analyze business requirements, translating them into robust BI solutions. Contribute to designing, developing, testing, and maintaining a variety of reporting and analytic solutions that support strategic, clinical, and operational decision-making across the health system. Serve as a key liaison between clinical stakeholders and IT, enabling enhanced analytics capabilities through mentorship, data strategy, and development of high-value insights. Work is performed under limited supervision.
