## About the Role

* 8+ years of software engineering experience in production environments
 * Strong backend expertise in .NET / C# (ASP.NET Core, REST APIs)
 * Proficiency in React (TypeScript preferred) and modern frontend practices
 * Solid experience with SQL, databases, and stored procedures
 * Experience with workflow/orchestration tools (Power Automate, Logic Apps, Airflow, etc.)
 * Hands-on API integrations with enterprise systems (CRM, internal platforms)
 * Exposure to AI/ML integrations (LLMs, model APIs, etc.)
 * Working knowledge of Python for scripting/integration
 * Experience with cloud platforms (AWS preferred)
 * Strong understanding of software engineering best practices (CI/CD, testing, security)
 * Ability to collaborate with AI, data, and business stakeholders

Secondary (Preferred / Nice-to-Have)

 * Experience with SharePoint development (SPFx, portals, integrations)
 * Familiarity with DevOps practices (CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure as code)
 * Knowledge of analytics/BI tools and data consumption patterns
 * Experience in large enterprise (Fortune 100) environments
 * Domain experience in Sales, Retention, or Call Center systems
 * Exposure to AI-assisted coding tools (e.g., Copilot, CodeWhisperer)
 * Understanding of cost optimization and performance tuning in cloud
