This position provides leadership and oversight for application development, quality assurance, systems analysis, and technical support activities to ensure software solutions are secure, scalable, maintainable, and aligned with State IT strategy and program objectives. The position oversees vendor development activities, performs architecture and code reviews, establishes development standards, and provides technical guidance for complex application and integration initiatives supporting LTSSMaryland operations. The position is eligible for Hybrid Telework.
