## About the Role

If you are passionate about working in a challenging and continuously learning environment, keep reading., * 3+ years of experience working in Agile / Lean environments.

 * Experience working with cross-functional teams.
 * Fluency in Spanish and English.
 * Strong knowledge of Agile Methodologies and proven practical experience with Kanban systems and flow management.
 * Experience with task management tools such as Businessmap or Jira.
 * Solid understanding of flow metrics (Lead Time, Cycle Time, Throughput, WIP) and data analysis for identifying opportunities for improvement.
 * Strong soft skills in facilitation, leadership, conflict management, empathy, change management, and influence without formal authority.
 * Nice to have: Familiarity with alignment frameworks (OKRs, Flight Levels), KMM / Agility@Scale models, scaling environments, STEM/Psychology background, or knowledge of Catalan.

## Description

* Coach and support multiple teams (up to two simultaneously) in adopting and applying agile and Kanban practices, while helping them address tensions and manage conflict constructively.
 * Facilitate, teach, and strengthen retrospectives, feedback loops, and continuous improvement practices through coaching and structured team sessions.
 * Design and evolve team Kanban systems and flow-based ways of working adapted to each team's context using visualization and workflow management practices.
 * Visualize and connect end-to-end work, from upstream demand to delivery, linking team activities to team strategy.
 * Define and refine explicit policies and working agreements (Definition of Ready, Definition of Done, WIP limits, classes of service, and quality-delivery trade-offs).
 * Monitor and analyze flow metrics with teams, helping them understand performance data, identify bottlenecks, and make informed decisions.
 * Collaborate and align with stakeholders and across teams to balance demand, capacity, and priorities, facilitating conversations that address systemic issues.
