 * Tu as idéalement une expérience en encadrement technique

 * Tu es exigeant(e) sur la qualité de ton code : une feature n'est terminée que si elle est testée et documentée.
 * Tu es passionné(e) par la Tech, doté(e) d'un mindset dynamique, et tu as une réelle appétence pour l'IA.

## Description

* Développement Fullstack : Concevoir et coder les nouvelles fonctionnalités en Java Spring Boot côté Back, et participer activement à la refonte Front vers React.
 * Qualité & Craftsmanship : Assurer un code propre et maintenable, gérer la dette technique et accompagner la mise en place de processus certifiants.
 * Mentorat : Accompagner la montée en compétence des profils plus juniors de l'équipe.
 * Veille & Innovation : Participer à la réflexion sur l'intégration de workflows IA dans les processus de l'équipe technique.
