Do you have experience in Financial services?, We're interested in potential as much as experience.

You may be a recent graduate or have gained some early career experience. Either way, you'll be someone who is:

 * Interested in business, consulting and financial services

A strong academic background and excellent written communication skills are important, but above all we're looking for people with the motivation and ambition to build a successful consulting career.

## Description

We're looking for talented individuals to join our two-year Analyst Consultant Programme starting in September 2026. This is a structured development programme designed to give you real consulting experience, professional development and exposure to a wide range of specialist areas across our business.

From day one, you'll be working on live projects, supporting client engagements and learning from experienced consultants and industry experts.

 * Supporting consultants with client projects and deliverables
 * Preparing reports, presentations and recommendations
 * Attending client and internal meetings
 * Monitoring industry and regulatory developments
 * Building your consulting, commercial and stakeholder management skills
