## Description

Vous prendrez en charge l'ensemble des sollicitations liées à l'environnement Office 365 et assurerez l'interface entre les utilisateurs et le support de niveau 3.Vos principales missions seront :

 * Administration Microsoft 365 / Office 365
 * Administration Entra ID et Exchange
 * Traitement et résolution des incidents Office 365 de niveau 2
 * Escalade et suivi des incidents nécessitant l'intervention de Microsoft ou d'un support externe
 * Administration et gestion des comptes Active Directory
 * Administration des imprimantes
 * Accompagnement et support des utilisateurs sur l'environnement Microsoft 365
