Job DescriptionOracle Cloud HCM Implementation Specialist - 6-Month Contract - Inside IR35 - (Coventry, 1 day onsite)We are looking for an experienced Oracle Cloud HCM Absence Management Consultant to deliver Absence, Core HR, and Security configuration across a live Oracle HCM Cloud Fusion programme. In this role, you'll provide solutioning and query resolution, configure Absence and Core HR modules to meet business requirements, and support wider Oracle Cloud transformation engagements within the account.Key Responsibilities Provide Oracle HCM Cloud Fusion Absence Management, Core HR, and Security query resolution and solution configuration, including Fast Formula, Absence Plan, and Absence Element creation Configure Oracle HCM Cloud Fusion applications to meet client requirements, documenting application set-ups and writing business requirement documents for reports, interfaces, and data conversions Support Oracle Service Requests through to resolution, and assist with validation
