You'll combine strong technical expertise with strategic thinking, stakeholder engagement, and a commitment to delivering secure and effective collaboration services at scale. ## Description * Lead the design, implementation, and support of Microsoft Exchange Online, On Premises, and Hybrid environments, ensuring secure, resilient, and scalable messaging services. * Design and deliver integrations between Exchange and enterprise systems using Microsoft Graph API, Exchange Web Services (EWS), REST APIs, and PowerShell automation. * Develop and maintain automation, tooling, and reporting solutions to improve operational efficiency, service performance, and user experience. * Act as the technical authority for Microsoft 365 messaging and compliance capabilities, including eDiscovery, retention policies, litigation hold, and information governance. * Ensure messaging platforms remain secure, highly available, and compliant with organisational, regulatory, and legal requirements through effective security controls and resilience planning. * Collaborate with technical, business, security, and legal stakeholders to shape messaging strategy and deliver solutions that meet organisational needs. * Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and guidance to engineers, championing best practice, continuous improvement, and knowledge sharing across teams. * Maintain architecture, operational, and service documentation, while proactively identifying opportunities to adopt emerging technologies and improve platform capabilities.
