The team ensures the stability, availability, performance, and security of core infrastructure services while embedding strong operational governance, risk management, compliance, and continuous improvement practices. Working across infrastructure operations, service management, platform lifecycle management, and technology enablement, the team supports core services, delivers operational and strategic improvements, and helps drive successful technology change. In partnership with Engineering teams, suppliers, and business stakeholders, Infrastructure Operations provides the resilient and secure technology foundation required to support organisational agility, innovation, and growth. What you will be doing?: This is a fantastic opportunity for an Infrastructure Operations Engineer to join a dynamic and highly collaborative team, supporting a diverse range of Azure, hybrid cloud and on-premises technologies across the organisation. Working closely with engineers, developers, project managers and incident managers, you'll take ownership of support tickets, solve complex technical challenges, and help maintain and enhance critical infrastructure services including compute, storage, networking and SQL platforms. The role offers broad exposure to private cloud datacentres, physical infrastructure, server platforms and end-of-life remediation activities, making every day different and providing significant opportunities to develop your technical expertise.
