 * Erfahrung im Umgang mit OCR-Technologien (z.B. Tesseract, Textract) zur automatisierten Text-Erkennung aus PDFs, Scans und Bildern.

 * Kenntnisse in der Verarbeitung und Strukturierung unstrukturierter Daten sowie Erfahrung mit Automatisierungstools zur Datenextraktion und -analyse.

 * Programmierkenntnisse in Python und sichere Anwendung gängiger Data-Science-Bibliotheken (z.B. Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn) sowie SQL-Kompetenz.

 * Erfahrung mit Data Platforms, Systemmigrationen sowie fundierte Kenntnisse in statistischen Methoden und maschinellem Lernen.

 * Ausgeprägte analytische Fähigkeiten, strukturierte Arbeitsweise und die Fähigkeit, komplexe Sachverhalte verständlich zu kommunizieren.
