## About the Role

Key Skills & Experience Essential 5+ years' experience engineering Microsoft 365 Messaging & Collaboration environments. Expert knowledge of Exchange Online and Microsoft
Teams. Strong Microsoft 365 administration, governance and security experience. Strong experience with Microsoft Purview, including DLP, Retention and Information Protection. Experience with Defender for Office 365, Exchange Online Protection and/or Proofpoint. Experience with Exchange Hybrid environments and Microsoft 365 migrations. Strong knowledge of Microsoft Entra ID, Conditional Access and Microsoft Intune. Experience with PowerShell automation and Microsoft Graph. ## Description

for the engineering, delivery and ongoing improvement of the organisation's Microsoft 365 and Digital Workplace environment. Working within a cloud-first, laptop-first strategy, the role will design, implement and support secure, scalable workplace solutions across Microsoft 365, Exchange Online, Teams, Intune, Entra ID and associated security technologies. The position combines hands-on engineering, project delivery and third-line support, working closely with Security, Architecture, Infrastructure and Identity teams to improve user experience, security and operational resilience.
