* Strong commercial experience as an AI Engineer, Applied AI Engineer or Machine Learning Engineer
 * Strong hands-on experience with Generative AI and Large Language Models
 * Experience building and deploying production AI systems
 * Strong understanding of RAG, embeddings and vector search
 * Experience developing AI Agents or agentic workflows
 * Strong Python programming skills
 * Experience working with modern AI/ML frameworks and APIs
 * Understanding of model evaluation, performance and optimisation
 * Experience taking AI solutions from prototype through to production
 * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
 * Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment
