If you have had exposure to the healthcare sector this would be an added bonus. * Proven experience leading business change, transformation, and organisational improvement initiatives. * Experience supporting or delivering system implementations, upgrades, migrations, or technology enabled change programmes. * Strong knowledge of change management principles and business readiness activities. * Experience coordinating or leading User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and business testing activities. * Experience designing and delivering training and stakeholder engagement programmes. * Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and build relationships at all levels. * Strong analytical and problem solving capabilities. * The ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on delivery. * A collaborative, resilient, and proactive approach to change. * Advanced Excel skills and PRINCE2 ## Description We're looking for a talented finance and business consultant to help drive strategic transformation and continuous improvement across a medium sized charitable organisation. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working at the heart of change, bringing people, processes, and technology together to deliver successful outcomes.
