The role provides architecture leadership, production support, engineering oversight, and operational continuity across HR, payroll, benefits, and enterprise platforms. The position requires hands-on expertise with Oracle HCM Cloud, Oracle Integration Cloud, HCM APIs, integrations, workflow automation, security, and enterprise system architecture.
