 * Analyze system and user requirements and synthesize them from the system level down to individual software components.
 * Provide technical leadership to software engineering teams using modern software development and design methodologies.
 * Review and test software components for adherence to design requirements and document all test outcomes.
 * Troubleshoot and resolve software problem reports across diverse operating environments.
 * Provide input on system design trade-offs, software reuse, and the integration of COTS and GOTS solutions.
