## Description

* System Administration & maintenance
 * Monitor, manage, and maintain servers, operating systems, and key applications
 * Apply patches, updates, and configuration changes to systems in accordance with change management procedures
 * Perform routine system health checks, capacity planning, and performance tuning

User Support & Troubleshooting

 * Provide advanced technical support for escalated issues from help desk/Tier 1 teams
 * Diagnose and resolve system, application, and network-related problems
 * Assist with user account management, permissions, and access controls

Implementation & Configuration

 * Install, configure, and deploy new systems, applications and tools
 * Assist in system upgrades, migrations, and integrations
 * Document system configurations, procedures, and standards

Security & Compliance

 * Ensure systems adhere to security best practices and organizational policies
 * Help implement and monitor security controls such as antivirus, endpoint protection, firewalls, and access management
 * Participate in audits, risk assessments, and remediation activities

Monitoring & Reporting

 * Use monitoring tools to track system performance, availability, and capacity
