In this role, you will be responsible for directing daily field operations, coordinating craft labor, maintaining production goals, and ensuring electrical installations are completed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with project quality standards. You will play a critical leadership role in delivering hyperscale data centers, AI infrastructure, cloud computing facilities, and other high-performance electrical construction projects where precision, reliability, and schedule discipline are essential. If you are a proven field leader who excels at motivating teams, driving productivity, and delivering quality work in fast-paced environments, we encourage you to apply., * Lead electrical crews in the safe installation, testing, correction, and turnover of mission-critical electrical systems. * Plan daily work activities and assign responsibilities to ensure efficient execution. * Establish clear production goals and monitor progress throughout the workday. * Verify crew qualifications and provide direction, coaching, and support to team members. * Train and mentor electricians and apprentices on installation methods, safety expectations, quality standards, and best practices. Project Execution & Installation * Review drawings, one-line diagrams, specifications, equipment details, BIM layouts, and installation work packages with crews. * Supervise installation of: Conduit systems Cable tray systems Busway infrastructure Grounding and bonding systems Feeders and branch circuits Control wiring Switchgear Transformers Generators UPS systems Batteries PDUs and RPPs Electrical controls and associated equipment * Verify routing, clearances, dimensions, elevations, labeling, and installation requirements before work begins. * Support equipment setting, cable pulls, terminations, testing, startup, energization, and commissioning activities., * Conduct pre-task planning meetings, toolbox talks, stretch-and-flex activities, and job hazard analyses. * Enforce OSHA, NFPA 70E, LOTO, customer, and site-specific safety requirements. * Stop work immediately when unsafe conditions exist. * Perform first-work inspections, in-process quality checks, torque verification, labeling verification, and punch-list corrections. * Maintain focus on zero-defect installation standards and commissioning readiness.
