 * Electrical experience with AC/DC systems, NEC compliance standards, low voltage wiring (Cat5/Cat6), and electrical safety protocols.
 * Experience working in data centers or similar environments with a focus on IT infrastructure maintenance.
 * Service technician background with strong customer service skills to communicate effectively with clients during installations or repairs.
 * Knowledge of telephony systems such as Avaya or similar platforms along with general computer hardware troubleshooting skills.

 * Perform fiber splicing and cable management using hand tools and power tools to ensure optimal network performance.
 * Conduct routine inspections and diagnostics utilizing tools like ohmmeters and diagnostic software to identify issues with electrical systems or hardware.
 * Support field service operations by setting up network wiring, low voltage cabling (Cat5, Cat6), and electrical systems in various environments.
 * Test radio frequency (RF) signals and perform VoIP system configurations to ensure reliable communication channels.
 * Read schematics and technical diagrams accurately to guide installation or repair procedures aligned with NEC standards.
 * Repair or replace telephony equipment such as Avaya systems or other telecommunications hardware while maintaining high customer service standards.
