## About the Role

* Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
 * Experience managing MEP systems on commercial, healthcare, institutional, and higher education projects.
 * Strong understanding of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire protection, and building systems.
 * Experience working for a general contractor, CM firm, MEP contractor, or consulting engineering firm.
 * Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
 * Familiarity with Procore, Bluebeam, Microsoft Office, and project scheduling software., * Knowledge of New York City construction practices, building codes, and permitting requirements preferred.
 * Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
 * Experience with healthcare, life sciences, higher education, or mission-critical/data center projects.
 * Exposure to commissioning and turnover processes.
 * Experience managing MEP subcontractors in occupied or phased environments.
 * OSHA 30 certification preferred.
