The High Touch Support Services team is looking for a results-oriented, customer obsessed support engineer who can help us create a positive experience for Amazon employees across all HR domains including Time, Work Events, Life Events, Benefits, and Pay & Compensation. Our ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, relishes working with highly scalable micro services architecture, and enjoys troubleshooting and problem solving within highly complex HR business contexts that are typically being defined in real-time. You will learn all about how to design, implement, test and support highly scalable HR solutions using the AWS cloud platform and its many products, working with best-in-class professionals., Provide support of incoming requests for High Touch Support Services products and services, including extensive troubleshooting tasks, with responsibilities covering multiple HR domains, features and services. - Work on operations and maintenance driven coding projects, primarily Java/React - Software deployment support in staging and production environments for High Touch Support Services applications - Develop tools to aid operations and maintenance of HR support systems - System and Support status reporting for High Touch Support Services - Collaborate with Product & Tech teams for issue resolution across High Touch Support Services domains.
