This is a unique opportunity to lead the design of a ground-up, end-to-end user experien ce for a new assessment platform that serves students, educators, and administrators. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams-including Engineering, Product, Psychometrics, and Content-to define and implement the UX framework, interaction patterns, and visual identity from scratch. Your work will directly influence how users interact with assessments like CogAT and Iowa Assessments, transforming complex data into intuitive, actionable insights. You will be responsible for establishing the design system, conducting user research, and ensuring the platform is accessible, responsive, and aligned with WCAG standards.
