## About the Role

* 5+ years of experience developing and debugging mainframe applications.
 * 5+ years of COBOL development experience.
 * Strong experience with:
 * CICS
 * COBOL
 * DB2
 * VSAM
 * MQ
 * JCL
 * Experience with Endeavor Software Manager.
 * Familiarity with DB2 utilities, File-AID, job schedulers, and debugging tools.
 * Knowledge of secure file transfer processes (SFTP/AWX).
 * Understanding of CICS Dynamic Transaction Routing is preferred.
 * Strong communication and collaboration skills with technical and business stakeholders.
 * Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Skills:

 * CICS systems administration knowledge.
 * Experience with Java and front-end technologies such as Angular., * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.

 * Participate in application maintenance, enhancements, and issue resolution.
