Zachary Piper Solutions is seeking a Senior Scrum Master to support a company focused on modernizing critical federal systems through large-scale data migration, cloud transformation, and enterprise modernization initiatives. This position is on-site in Huntsville, AL. The Senior Scrum Master will serve as a servant leader for cross-functional migration, ETL, data engineering, and testing teams, ensuring disciplined Agile execution and successful delivery of mission-critical objectives. Join a high-impact federal program where your leadership will help drive petabyte-scale data migration efforts supporting national security missions., * Lead Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, backlog refinement, sprint reviews, and retrospectives for the migration workstream

 * Coordinate across data engineering, ETL, migration, cloud, QA, and DevSecOps teams to ensure alignment with delivery objectives and schedules
 * Identify and remove impediments, manage risks and dependencies, and improve team performance and sprint predictability
 * Prepare and communicate sprint metrics, burn-down charts, status reports, and delivery updates to leadership and stakeholders
