The ideal candidate will have experience managing, troubleshooting, monitoring, patching, and maintaining Windows environments within corporate data centers., * 5+ years of experience as a Windows Engineer / Windows Systems Administrator. * Strong hands-on experience with Windows Server 2016/2019/2022. * Strong on-premises data center infrastructure experience. * Hands-on experience with: * Active Directory * Group Policy * DNS/DHCP * PowerShell * VMware vSphere/ESXi * Windows Server administration * Server patching and upgrades * Performance monitoring and troubleshooting Experience supporting production enterprise environments. Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, networking, firewalls, and server connectivity. Experience with enterprise monitoring and ticketing tools. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Ability to work with cross-functional infrastructure and application teams.
