You'll be exposed to a broad range of technologies across Microsoft 365, Azure, Windows Server, Active Directory, networking, cloud services and security, giving you the opportunity to continuously expand your technical knowledge. Rather than being limited to repetitive support tickets, you'll be encouraged to investigate problems properly, take ownership and develop your ability to handle more complex technical challenges.
