## About the Role

What matters is that you have hands on experience supporting or administering Microsoft Dynamics 365, alongside practical Microsoft 365 experience. You should be comfortable managing users, permissions, and configuration; building or maintaining reports; troubleshooting issues; and understanding how data is structured and how it moves through a business system., You should also be comfortable with the broader IT environment, including Microsoft 365, Teams, user setup, access, permissions and day to day systems support., * Hands on Microsoft 365 and Teams administration.

 * Confidence with users, permissions, security roles, access, configuration, and troubleshooting.
 * Experience with general IT systems administration and user support.Experience building or maintaining reports from business systems.
 * A good understanding of data structures, relationships and how information flows through systems.
 * Strong Excel and business data skills.
 * Confidence supporting users and knowing when to involve specialist suppliers.
 * Excellent written and spoken English.
 * Full right to work in the UK without sponsorship.
