## About the Role

Do you have experience in Microsoft Windows Server?, * At least two years' experience in IT support, helpdesk, or a similar technical role within an Education setting

 * Strong working knowledge of Microsoft 365, Active Directory, Intune, and Windows Server
 * Experience with Jamf/Apple School Manager is desirable
 * Confident communicator who can explain technical issues clearly to less-technical users
 * Proactive, calm under pressure, and committed to ongoing professional development

## Description

Reporting to the Head of IT, you'll provide first and second line helpdesk support across hardware, software, and network systems. Day-to-day you'll be managing tickets through Halo ITSM, troubleshooting Microsoft and Apple devices, supporting staff and pupils of all ages, and acting as a mentor to the school's IT apprentice. You'll also play an active part in larger projects, including the annual provisioning of devices each summer.
