* Strong professional experience with Rust
 * Excellent fundamentals in systems programming and software engineering
 * Deep understanding of concurrency, memory management and performance
 * Experience building and operating production systems at scale
 * Strong knowledge of Linux and modern development tooling
 * Ability to reason about complex technical problems and make pragmatic engineering decisions
 * Excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach

Experience with distributed systems, networking, low-latency systems, databases, infrastructure or high-performance computing would be particularly valuable.

## Description

* Own projects end-to-end, from architecture and technical design through to production
 * Solve complex problems across performance, concurrency, distributed systems and reliability
 * Work closely with other senior engineers to establish technical direction
 * Profile, benchmark and optimise systems at scale
 * Contribute to engineering standards, architecture and best practices
 * Mentor other engineers and raise the technical bar across the team
