Desirable Experience * Bentley, Volkswagen Group or premium automotive experience. * Knowledge of Product Emergence Process (PEP). * Vehicle Architecture or Whole Vehicle Engineering experience. * Understanding of legislative and homologation requirements affecting cockpit systems. * Awareness of Bentley or VW engineering systems. You will be comfortable working from ambiguous requirements, proposing innovative architectural solutions and influencing vehicle design before detailed engineering begins. The successful candidate will be able to balance creativity with engineering practicality while working across multiple disciplines to deliver premium vehicle concepts., * Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering or a related discipline. * Equivalent industry experience will also be considered. ## Description Working within the Vehicle Architecture team, you will play a key role in shaping future vehicle programmes by developing innovative cockpit concepts from a blank sheet through to robust engineering solutions. This position combines vehicle architecture, CAD concept development and cross-functional systems integration, ensuring that styling intent, package requirements and engineering feasibility come together during the earliest stages of vehicle development.
