 - Fundierte Kenntnisse von LLMs, RAG, Embeddings, Tool Calling, Agenten, Orchestrierung, Guardrails, Prompt Injection und Evaluation
 - Erfahrung mit Evals bzw. der messbaren Bewertung agentischer Systeme
 - Fähigkeit, Chancen, Grenzen und typische Fehlerbilder generativer KI zu bewerten
 - Erfahrung mit Cloud-Umgebungen und idealerweise regulierten IT-/Konzernumfeldern
 - Erfahrung im Eisenbahnverkehr oder Transportwesen
 - AWS Bedrock AgentCore, Microsoft Foundry Agents Service oder Copilot Studio

## Description

Aufbau und Weiterentwicklung eines Frameworks für agentische KI-Systeme

 - Konzeption und Entwicklung wiederverwendbarer KI-/Software-Bausteine inkl. Tests, Dokumentation und Evaluation
 - Entwicklung von Verfahren zur Messung und Verbesserung der Ergebnisqualität agentischer Abläufe
 - Integration automatisierter Qualitätsprüfungen in CI/CD
 - Bewertung und Erprobung neuer KI-Modelle, Tools und Verfahren
 - Beratung, Schulung und Befähigung anderer Entwicklungsteams zur eigenständigen Nutzung des Frameworks
 - Erstellung von Referenzlösungen, Leitfäden und Best Practices
 - Zusammenarbeit mit Architektur, Security, Datenschutz, Compliance und Betrieb
 - Mitwirkung in Scrum, Backlog Refinements und technischen Planungsformaten
 - Gestaltung von Qualitäts- und Reviewprozessen für KI-generierten Code und Inhalte
