 * Virtualisierung (VMware vSphere, vCenter, Microsoft Hyper-V)
 * Backup (Veeam, Rubrik, etc.)
 * Firewall (Fortinet, Sophos, etc.)
 * Zertifikate (SSL, etc.)
 * Sprachkenntnisse Deutsch C2
 * Fuhrerschein Klasse B

## Description

* Du ubernimmst Tickets mit 1st und 2nd Level-Themen, analysierst und lost eigenstandig
 * Du verstehst Dich als IT-Administrator/IT-Abteilung unserer Kunden
 * Die Kundenbetreuung ist keine klassische Hotline-Tatigkeit, vielmehr pflegst Du eine partnerschaftliche und personliche Kundenbeziehung
 * Aufgrund der Kundennahe arbeitest du auch konzeptionell und beratst die Kunden bei allen Themen rund um die IT
 * Auch die regionale vor Ort Unterstutzung beim Kunden gehort zu deiner Tatigkeit
 * Teilweise sind komplexe IT-Infrastrukturen unserer Kunden an uns ausgelagert und werden von dir und deinen Kollegen betreut
