 * Be an early applicant, Systembetreuung: Laufende Betreuung und Weiterentwicklung der PDMS-Applikation in enger Abstimmung mit externen Dienstleistern und internen Fachbereichen

Projektplanung: Konzeption und Steuerung der Implementierung einer neuen PDMS-Lösung in klinischen Fachbereichen wie Intensivmedizin und Anästhesie

Anwendersupport: Kompetente Beratung der klinischen User sowie Sicherstellung des 1st- und 2nd-Level-Supports für die eingesetzten Softwarelösungen

Wissensmanagement: Organisation von Anwenderschulungen sowie Mitwirkung bei der Konzeption und Erstellung von relevanten Schulungsunterlagen

Projektmitarbeit: Aktive Teilnahme an unternehmensweiten Rollout-Projekten und Unterstützung bei der Einführung neuer Softwarelösungen im Klinikumfeld
